Love is Blind season 7 season finale has already been released as fans wait for the reunion episode, set to air on October 30, 2024. Throughout the show, viewers noticed how the relationship dynamics between every couple changed, from their time in the pods to their living together.

Hannah and Nick were among the couples who struggled to maintain the connection they built in the pods. In their respective October 2024 interviews with People Magazine, Nick shared he didn’t feel like an equal in the relationship. Meanwhile, Hannah said that her treatment of Nick wasn’t right.

During episode 80 of Out of the Pods podcast, host and Love is Blind season 2 alum Deepti addressed Hannah’s behavior on the show. She told her co-host Natalie in the October 21 episode of the podcast that Hannah “speaks rudely” to Nick. Deepti said:

“Hannah, who’s just like, just speaks to him so rudely.”

During the podcast, Deepti claimed that Hannah’s behavior towards Nick was rude. Deepti added that the audience liked Katie more than Hannah as she communicated her feelings to Nick. The Love is Blind alum continued by stating that Katie didn’t make “him feel less than in any way.” She said:

“How you talk to someone is a direct reflection of your character. I think that’s why everyone loved Katie so much at this party. Because she was able to articulate her feelings and why she cut Nick in the pods without degrading him or making him feel less than in any way.”

The podcast’s co-host Natalie chimed in, agreeing with Deepti’s comments. She claimed that Hannah broke Nick’s trust by discussing something on camera he wasn’t comfortable with, she continued:

“She disrespects him in the worst way by breaking his trust, by talking about s*x but not only s*x, how bad he is.”

As fans already know, Nick had told Hannah not to discuss details of their private life with other cast members. Despite their on and off-camera conversations, Hannah revealed the intimate details to her co-star Ashley.

In her interview with People Magazine on October 16, 2024, Hannah acknowledged her “mean” and “cruel” behavior. She added that she wished she had not treated Nick that way when they were engaged. However, the Love is Blind contestant stated:

“By the end of it, I was like, at this point, I don’t have anything nice to say. I’m just saying mean things and that’s cruel to him. And it’s cruel to me as well, like what am I doing? We’re just bringing out the worst in each other”

Deepti mentioned that Hannah’s tone and delivery weren’t right. She claimed that Nick had a lot of “growing up to do” and his insecurities were showing up at the moment as well. However, the former Love is Blind contestant stated Hannah’s behavior wasn’t right, she continued:

“I understand the frustration Hannah might be feeling, he does have a lot of growing up to do. He’s in a loving home with his parents and Hannah had to fend for herself after the age of eighteen. But I don’t know, I feel like how you talk to someone is a direct reflection of your character.”
