This is a rare feat for a rookie.
However, despite her huge impact on and off the court, Clark did not make the top 5 in MVP voting. Instead, the list continues to include familiar names like A’ja Wilson and Breanna Stewart. This has been controversial, with many arguing that the WNBA still favors veteran stars and doesn’t properly value the breakthroughs of rookies like Clark.
