Hollyoaks legend 'confirms' who killed Ethan as she points finger | Soap – lavistastflorent

In *Hollyoaks*, the events surrounding Ethan Williams’ death continue to stir as Maxine Miner becomes increasingly frustrated and disgruntled, feeling that her uncle’s death has been overlooked in the investigation. Ethan tragically dies after being pushed from the balcony of his wedding hall on his wedding day to Sienna Blake.

It should have been a joyous day, but instead Ethan loses his life in horrific circumstances. Sienna is later arrested and charged with the crime, despite her insistence that she is innocent. Sienna says that she loved Ethan very much and would never hurt him, but the police still do not believe her claims.

Maxine, one of the closest people to Ethan as his niece, cannot accept the fact that the police and those around her suspect Sienna without a more thorough investigation. Maxine is determined to find out the truth about Ethan’s death and does not want Sienna to escape responsibility. Although Ethan and Sienna had a loving relationship, Maxine still believes that Sienna is responsible for Ethan’s death. She cannot forgive that no one stood up and found the real culprit, which makes Maxine even more angry and determined to investigate.

Meanwhile, Jeremy, a close friend of Sienna, stands by her and believes that she is innocent. He decides to investigate on his own to find Ethan’s killer. However, Jeremy’s efforts are not accepted by Maxine, as she believes that his pursuing unclear theories only diverts attention from Ethan and makes her even more frustrated. Jeremy repeatedly tries to convince Maxine that Sienna is not the culprit, but Maxine refuses to listen, once again asserting that Sienna is the one who killed Ethan.

The developments in the investigation become more tense as Maxine still does not give up her point of view, and the biggest question is whether Jeremy can unravel the truth. Will he be able to find out who killed Ethan, or will Maxine change her views on Sienna as the truth unfolds?

As the investigation continues, Ethan, played by Matthew James Bailey, made his final appearance on *Hollyoaks* last month via flashbacks to the year of *Hollyoaks*’s disappearance. The scenes showed that, while Ethan and Sienna’s love was strong after they reunited, their relationship was not without its difficulties and tensions. Ethan seemed to have yet to fully overcome his personal issues, and his death has only exacerbated those issues.

Bailey expressed deep regret when he learned that his character would be written out of the story, telling *Metro* that he was devastated and didn’t want to leave. “I’m sad to be leaving the show,” he said.

“This is my home, and I never thought it would end like this. I feel like Ethan had so much potential and room to grow, and I don’t think we’ve finished our story.” Bailey’s words reflect his regret for a character he loved, as well as his dissatisfaction with the decision to remove Ethan from the cast of *Hollyoaks*.
