Hollyoaks airs shocking Abe and Peri scenes in early streaming release
Abe's behaviour takes another dark turn.
Hollyoaks spoilers follow for Monday’s episode (January 6), which is available to watch now on streaming service Channel 4 and hasn’t yet aired on TV.

Hollyoaks has aired shocking scenes between Abe Fielding and Peri Lomax in the show’s latest episode.
Last week, Mercedes continued to confront Abe about her suspicions surrounding him, as Cleo remained in a coma following her car accident before Christmas.
Peri began to have doubts about her fiancé, but when he reassured her that Mercedes was lying, the pair decided to quickly get married after their original wedding was derailed.

Later, Peri found a pillowcase in Abe’s cupboard that matched the material of Cleo’s makeshift wedding dress, and she realised that all was not as it seemed.
In today’s episode, Peri visited Cleo in hospital and confirmed that the material matched. Prince caught her and demanded she stay away, but Peri explained that she believes Cleo was never in Bali over the last year.
However, Abe realised that Peri had taken the pillowcase and began to panic that she knows the truth about Cleo’s whereabouts.
At the flat, Peri tried to confront Abe, but he blocked her attempts to talk to him. Peri started drinking, and then later opened up about her suspicions.
The couple started to argue, and as the situation escalated, Abe lashed out and ended up hitting Peri, leaving her on the floor in tears.
As Abe apologised for his actions, Peri realised that he hadn’t changed since his abusive relationship with Cleo. He tried to win her round and lied when Peri accused him and Cleo of having an affair.
Peri wasn’t convinced and left, taking another bottle of wine into the bedroom and continuing to drink heavily, alone.
Abe later came into the room and discovered that Peri was passed out on the bed – leading to him committing another horrific act of sexual violence while she was unconscious.
“Look at what you’ve done,” he said, as he approached her. “Why did you have to start questioning everything? Everything was just as it should be. And then you had to go and ruin it. Well, I won’t let that happen. I won’t let you.”
Will Peri be okay, and will she find the courage to speak out against Abe?
Hollyoaks airs on Mondays-Wednesdays with its Channel 4 streaming premiere at 7am, then an E4 broadcast the same night at 7pm. Full episodes are also released on YouTube a week after their Channel 4 release.
