Hollyoaks stalker Tommy Odenkirk has delivered a shocking ultimatum to Jez Blake after recording their therapy sessions to use as leverage.
Viewers will know that serial killer Jez recently became fake therapist Tommy’s latest target after having some therapy sessions with him.
In the sessions, Jez was careful not to admit to murdering multiple people, but when Tommy suggested a hypnotherapy session, Jez was left unable to remember what he had said.
In tonight’s episode, Tommy told Jez that it was his brother Billy’s funeral that day. Worried about what Tommy may have uncovered in their hypnosis session, Jez offered to stay with him and cautiously tried to address the hypnosis.
Later, at The Hutch, Joel and Leela Dexter crossed paths with Tommy and Jez and Leela privately warned Jez that Tommy wasn’t a real therapist.
“Tommy Odenkirk is as much of a therapist as I am,” Leela told a horrified Jez. “Oh, and that’s not the worst bit. The people who are pouring their hearts out to him, do you know what he does? He secretly records every word they’re saying.”
Returning home, Tommy found Jez waiting for him, who, after getting a rope out of his pocket, told Tommy: “You’re about to join your brother in the afterlife.”
Before Jez could put an end to Tommy’s games, Tommy played a voice recording of Jez confessing to the murders of Dilly Harcourt and Abe Fielding, and drugging his daughter Sienna, which stopped him in his tracks.
Tommy told Jez that the recordings were scheduled to be sent to Sienna and the police, saying: “Your voice recordings are stored on a protective email that is scheduled to be sent to Dee Valley police. Oh, and Sienna, in 24 hours, unless I cancel it.
“I am the only person who can stop your life imploding into a million little pieces. So now I’ve got the upper hand, you’re going to do exactly as I say.”
Hollyoaks airs on Mondays-Wednesdays with its Channel 4 streaming premiere at 7am, then an E4 broadcast the same night at 7pm. Full episodes are also released on YouTube a week after their Channel 4 release.
