Amber Johnston, one of the stars of TLC’s 7 Little Johnstons, shared support for her son Alex‘s girlfriend, Allie Smith, as she underwent an important procedure at the hospital.
Amber shared a new photo of herself in a waiting room at the hospital, connecting with Allie through a video call with her daughter Emma by her side.
“Good vibes for our sweet Allie today…she’s joining Dr. Fletcher’s #straightlegclub,” wrote Amber in the caption, insinuating that Allie underwent bowed leg surgery to straighten her legs. It’s unclear where Allie’s boyfriend, Alex, was at the time.

Recently, 7 Little Johnstons fans were concerned that Alex and Allie had split up, but the couple recently put the rumors to rest when they shared a new video dancing together, with text over the video saying, “Long time no see 😉.”
Alex tagged Allie’s TikTok account and added the hashtag in the caption, “#longdistancerelationship.”
Fans were happy to see Alex and Allie together after some time, with supportive comments on the video like, “The cutest couple🥰,” and “I’m so happy yall are still together 🥰.”
