Caitlin Clark leaves Team USA coach stunned with unbelievable pass in WNBA All-Star Game

Cheryl Reeve had previously left Clark off the Olympic squad

Topics has been Team USA’s decision to leave Caitlin Clark of the Indiana Fever off their Olympic roster.

Clark made Team USA’s head coach, Cheryl Reeve, regret that choice during the regular season by leading her team to a win over Reeve’s Minnesota Lynx, although Reeve continues to maintain she made the correct decision.

The Paris Olympics are set to begin in under a week after the team was announced early this year. The controversy surrounding the omission of Clark has risen as she has put in better and better performances in the WNBA, cementing herself as the likely winner of the Rookie of the Year award, although she faces competition from Angel Reese.

Clark stunned Reeve yet again

Clark had another chance to prove her worth in the WNBA All-Star Game, and she seized it brilliantly, putting in a performance for the ages, the type of which she is making common place in the WNBA regular season.

She set the rookie record for most assists in a WNBA All-Star Game and made a statement with a remarkable pass to Aliyah Boston while Reeve was being interviewed as part of the live broadcast of the event.

This moment couldn’t have been better for Clark; she not only delivered an outstanding pass to her Fever teammate but also caught Reeve’s attention, stopping her completely in her tracks during an interview at the side of the court.

This performance might make Reeve reconsider her decision about Clark’s spot on the Olympic roster, despite previously stating she didn’t second-guess it, although at this point it’s difficult to see a change coming.
